Teri Ann Quinlan

 

Teri Ann’s practice focuses on the defense of hospitals, healthcare systems, physicians and other medical professionals in a broad spectrum of medical malpractice litigation across all medical specialties.  Such matters include those involving alleged obstetrical malpractice, wrongful death, failure to diagnose cancer and surgical complications. Teri Ann is adept in all aspects of litigation and develops effective and strategic defenses through medical record review, client and medical professional interviews, depositions, and obtaining expert opinions in preparation for trial.

Prior to joining the firm, Teri Ann was a senior associate at a prominent New York medical malpractice defense firm. She was also an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County where she handled misdemeanor and felony offenses through all stages of litigation from inception, investigation, grand jury presentation through the trial.

Teri Ann received her undergraduate degree from Boston College in 2002 and her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2005.  She is admitted to practice law in New York, as well as in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.  Teri Ann resides in Manhasset, New York with her husband and three children.
