Peter Koziolkowsky joined Voute, Lohrfink, Magro & McAndrew in 2019. He has 25 years experience in civil litigation successfully defending physicians, nurses and home health care providers in medical malpractice actions in both State and Federal Courts of New York and Connecticut. He has a comprehensive understanding of general liability actions and full appreciation of complex litigation claims with years of experience in administrative hearings, settlement conferences, mediations, binding arbitrations and trials. He has also counseled a number of health care agencies, in connection with various regulatory matters. Peter zealously advocates for his clients until the very end, successfully arguing cases in both the First and Second Departments of the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division.
In addition to his Law Degree, Peter earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration, served as legal editor of a monthly News Letter of emerging legal topics, was Assistant Editor of Law Review and is fluent in Spanish.
